True love is a wonderful and magical thing to see, that is the case with Victoria and Curtis, they were married on Saturday October 2, 2010 at Dolores Hope Chapel in Shalimar Fl. Every detail of this beautiful couples wedding spoke of who they are and what is important to them from the beautiful photograph’s that lined the aisle to the fact that their children were such a big part of their wedding day and we can’t forget the fish hook boutonnieres. Victoria looked stunning in her beautiful wedding gown and the look in Curtis’s eyes the moment he saw her brought tears to my eyes.  Capturing this lovely couple on their wedding day was truly a joy!

Hurlburt Field

This was such a fun session to shoot! Ashley is a fellow photographer in the Destin Area! She just moved here from Texas and is getting her business jump started. I was very  blessed to meet Ashley at a Workshop in Nashville, Tennessee with Zach and Jody Gray! (http://workshops.grayphotograph.com/) We hit it off immediately and I am so glad that we met and this definitely proves that networking works! Ashley’s fiance Chris is such a sweetheart and very supportive of Ashley’s business. Ashley has the drive and soaks up knowledge like a sponge, so there is no doubt in my mind that she will succeed.   Chris is in the military, so we were able to get on Hurlburt Field and take some of these Awesome shots!! Shooting these images was such a blast and I of course couldn’t have done it without my wonderful assistant Robin who held my enormous light, so it wouldn’t topple into the ocean! Thanks Robin! and Thank you Ashley and Chris for spending the afternoon with me and letting me catch a glimpse of your love for eachother!

Jesse was married in June at Bentley’s on the Bay and had a beautiful Ceremony at Sunset. We had planned to do an after session with Jesse and her wonderful husband Jerry, but Jerry is currently in Basic Training for the military. I think Jerry is going to be very happy with these pictures of his beautiful wife. Jesse is not only a beautiful and striking woman, but she is very sweet and  has a kind heart. These pictures of Jesse I think show the very essence of  natural beauty. There is not much more I can say, but please take a look for yourself and comments are very welcome!!!!

This couple was so in love!!! You can see the love oozing out of each picture! They showed up ready to have fun and it was such a blast to hang out with this couple and get to know them.  Sometimes you just meet a couple that make you go Awe and I have to catch myself to not just watch the moment they are having, but capture it! Courtney and JD are getting married here in Destin in December and they are going to have a gorgeous wedding!

First let me say this was one of my favorite weddings to shoot and I had such a great time. Kristen is my college roomates sister and when they asked me to shoot Kristen’s wedding I was so honored and ecstatic . Since I lived in Florida I had to find a second shooter in the Huntsville Area. I remembered meeting Anna Pociask at a workshop in Nashville and she had just moved to Huntsville. Networking is Amazing!! I had so much fun shooting this wedding Anna and I hope that I get to work with her again soon!  Anna has a very modern and vintage style which I thought would be a perfect combination with my vibrant colors and modern edge. Now about this gorgeous wedding!!

Kristen and Jon are college sweethearts who met in highschool and dated all through college even though they went to different colleges. Their love knows no limits!  The bride looked so lovely and classic in her gown and sparkly pumps, of which we could not get enough of! Jon looked so charming in his tuxedo and is such an awesome groom. Who doesn’t love Tiffany’s right??? The Bride and Groom exchanged gifts before they walked down the aisle and Jon wanted to get something very special for Kristen and the box said Tiffany’s. It’s every’s girl dream to get something from Tiffany’s. (Or at least mine anyway..hint to the hubby )Kristen and Jon exchanged gifts and everyone just oooooed and awwweed over Kristen’s gorgeous Tiffany’s Bracelet!!! Their wedding was full of southern charm and lots of vibrant colors( my fave). Kristen and Jon had a gorgeous exit from the church as everyone threw rose petals into the air. The reception was so much fun and full of so many touching moments, laughter, and not to mention the dancing!! I just want to thank Kristen and Jon from the bottom of my heart of letting me capture this day for them.
